WAYS TO APPLY 

🔹For conditioning

Shampoo your hair and then comb coconut oil from midsection to the ends or you can add a few drops to your usual conditioner.

🔹Post-wash

After shampoo/conditioner, rub a little of oil through your hair.

🔹Hair mask

Rub the oil through your hair 30min to 40min before washing it out.

🔹Pre-wash

Apply 15min-30min before washing, concentrating on the midsection to the end of your hair.

The amount of oil you will need depends on your hair length and type. The best approach is to start with the smallest amount for example short or very fine hair , you may need one teaspoon, long &
thick hair -two tablespoons.
