How to cook

Coconut rice: 400g rice, 1 can 400ml coconut cream, 3 pandan leaves (optional), when rice cooked, pour 1 – 2 teaspoon of Virgin coconut oil to the rice and stir, this is to enhance the coconut fragrance.

Kapitan curry chicken: 600grams boneless chicken, 2 potatoes, 1 can 400ml coconut cream, 1 packet of Kapitan curry paste.

Fried mid wing chicken: simple marinate mid wing chicken with pepper, salt, soya sauce for 30min, then fry the mid wing chicken with VCO, 2 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
