Coconut Cream
Coconut cream is a thicker coconut product, made from blended more coconut meat and less water than coconut milk. Coconut cream can be used as a substitute for coconut milk if it is diluted with additional water.

Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is highly nutritious,an excellent source of fat, rich in fiber, good quality protein and sugar and vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 & B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium etc. Unlike cow’s milk, coconut milk is lactose-free and can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance.
Processing methods include a selection of mature nuts, grinding, blanching, extraction of milk, filtration, homogenization, pasteurisation & sterilization cans, etc.

Desiccated coconut powder is an ideal source of healthy fat that contains no cholesterol, protein and contains selenium, fiber, copper and manganese. This powder is a great source of dietary fiber and can be consumed every day.
Mainly used as a substitute for grated coconut in food preparations such as curries, cakes, sweets, and chutneys. It is manufactured mainly from coconut meat obtained during the extraction of coconut milk by following vacuum/atmospheric tray drying & packaging.

Coconut Shell Powder, Fiber, Peat, Pairing Oil
Coco peat (CP) and coconut fibre (CF) is a natural by-product from coconut husks processed through post-harvesting. Coconut peat is commonly available for agriculture and horticulture applications, whereas coconut fibre is used in construction or textile industries Main benefits are low cost, degradability, and recyclability; hence, it is ideal use for environmental sustainability.
Pairing Oil is produced from dried Testa, the brown skin of coconut after de-shelling and is richer in monounsaturates and polyunsaturates than other form of coconut oil. The phenolics and phytosterols content were higher in pairing oil than in other form of coconut oil.
There are numerous health benefits of Phenolics, especially its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties and their ability to exert preventive activity against infectious and degenerative diseases, inflammation and allergies via antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
